There are separate procedures for resetting/reassigning a diagnostic depending on the level of completion.
IF the diagnostic is still in progress... follow the guidance detailed here. An in-progress test is effectively cleared to restart from the beginning.
IF the diagnostic has been completed...follow the guidance detailed here. A completed test cannot be cleared from the system so the student is administered another diagnostic.
