The following is a non-exhaustive list of issues that you should escalate to Chang (not just adding a private note but reassigning the ticket to him):
- requests to test outside of official testing windows
- school is not responsive to requests for action
- reports of CAASPP/ELPAC security breaches
- technical issues preventing more than a handful of students from testing
